No lodging facility, villa, leisure venue, restaurant, transport service, or guest programme mentioned on this site is owned, run, or supervised by Estarvio. Our evaluations are independent and rest on publicly accessible information as it stood when published.
2. Third-party hospitality providers
Selecting a reservation link, consulting availability, or visiting a property profile can send you to an external reservation engine, a hotel booking network, or a certified broker. You accept the following conditions:
- Your contract is with the hotel
- Any reservation, accommodation agreement, deposit, payment, or cancellation term is agreed exclusively between you and the third-party hotel operator or merchant of record.
- We are not an agent
- We act as no one's agent, representative, broker, or guarantor — not for hotels, not for property groups, not for travel providers.
- Their terms, not ours
- External providers operate under their own terms of service, house rules, and check-in criteria. Reviewing and accepting those before you transact is your responsibility alone.
3. Content changes without notice
Estarvio works to keep property classifications, layouts, dimensions, services, and view descriptions accurate, but hotels revise facilities, operating hours, seasonal rates, and house rules regularly and without prior notice.
- Room rates, availability, mandatory fees, deposits, and access to amenities all change dynamically at the operator's discretion.
- Photographs, renderings, and virtual tours are illustrative and may not reflect recent works or a specific room allocation.
- We make no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the continuing accuracy, status, completeness, or reliability of third-party content.
4. Limits of our responsibility
To the maximum extent the law permits, neither Estarvio nor its founders, editors, or contributors accepts liability for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary loss relating to:
- Any reliance placed on the rankings, reviews, or recommendations we publish.
- Inaccuracies, clerical errors, outdated pricing, or omissions in property listings.
- Non-performance, service failures, disputes, safety issues, or the physical condition of any listed venue.
- Service interruptions, transmission delays, compatibility problems, or third-party interference with site access.
- Any transaction, modification, cancellation, or refund handled by an external booking agent or property.

We include hyperlinks to third-party booking gateways, travel platforms, and tourism authorities as a convenience only. No link constitutes endorsement of the destination site, its content, or its security arrangements.
Estarvio holds no operational control over external websites and accepts no responsibility for their content, privacy practices, data collection, or contractual terms.
6. Reader responsibilities
Every reader is responsible for their own due diligence before booking or travelling. It remains your obligation to:

- Verify visa requirements, travel regulations, entry permits, and local law for your destination.

7. Ownership of our assessments
The layout, reviews, ranking hierarchy, scoring matrices, and original descriptions on Estarvio are our proprietary property, protected by international copyright. Unauthorised reproduction, scraping, framing, or distribution is prohibited.

This disclaimer may be revised whenever our operations or the applicable legal framework change. Whatever appears on this page is the current, governing version.
